![]() ![]() Convection ovens cook by circulating air throughout the oven space so that whatever you are baking cooks evenly on all sides. An air fryer is basically a small countertop convection oven. Also, boneless chops are often sold as thick chops so cooking times will definitely be longer. Season both sides of the pork chop with salt & black pepper, dip in flour, then in egg (per recipe below). Its best to put your pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer, with at least inch of space between the sides of each chop. If you don’t eat them right away they can get dry when cold. boneless chops (aka pork loin filets): these are the most lean and less fatty of the cuts and are best if they are brined first.They don’t dry out as quick as regular loin chops. rib chops: they still have an outer layer of dark meat and fat which makes them tender and juicy.We love the dark meat and bone-in cuts which always gives more flavor. ![]() ![]() Cook them for about 10 minutes, turn over, and then cook for.
